Sep 25, 2008 | 8:00 AM | The New and Improved Skip Pass

All right, with the new layout in place (and only a few more tweaks to be made), I'm feeling rejuvenated. Ready to get back into that nice little groove we had going. Find yourself a dance partner, it's time for the Skip Pass, Thursday style.

Huge news in the NBL, check back at 10AM (EST). Be prepared to have your dome blown.

:: Ball Don't Lie: Report: Monta Ellis was hurt in a "low speed" moped accident - Yo dog. You couldn't have ripped that ankle up wiping out on a Hayabusa?

:: NY Daily News: Danilo Gallinari's back might hinder start at Knicks training camp - The Knicks' first rounder may not be at full speed when training camp opens next week. Danilo admitted that the injury predated a fall he took in the Knick's first Summer League game. Gallinari:
The reason was not just that game, when I fell down. It was not that. I think many reasons, probably. I don't know. I feel better than when I was in Vegas, for sure.

More: NOLA.com: Tyson Chandler won't be 100% - A big toe injury that's dogged Chandler all summer continues to cramp his style.

:: Baller Blogger: Is Stephon Marbury Finished? - Little bit of an eye opener. Our boy Brandon Hoffman compares numbers between Allen Iverson and Stephon Marbury. AI is still going strong wearing the powder blue and baby yellow while Stephon is hanging onto his career by a frayed thread.

:: Cavalier Attitude: Cavs' NBL Team Set - Yo Smooth. That's Philly's team, too, bro.

:: Bend it Like Bennett - Get Your Rivalry Pack Today - Google Maps Cup, FTW!

:: Dime Mag: The Best Backcourt of the Last 20 Years: Showtime - Dime Mag gives the tandem of Magic Johnson and Byron Scott the nod over Michael Jordan and BJ Armstrong at the ones and twos. Personally, I would have gone with Maurice Cheeks and Andrew Toney.
